We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18, and we do not collect payment details — the store is not yet trading.

To reply to your enquiry, and to send launch and product updates if you asked for them. Nothing more.

Your consent is the legal basis, and you may withdraw it at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.

We set one cookie, UNYQ_LOCALE, to remember whether you chose English, Hindi or Gujarati. It expires after one year, holds no identifier, and is not shared with anyone.

No analytics, advertising or social-media cookies are set by this site.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery provider acting as our processor. Our site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server logs including IP addresses. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps, which may receive your IP address when that page loads.

These providers may process data outside India. We share only what is necessary for delivery and hosting.

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you. Newsletter addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to erase them.

You may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, erase it, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.

The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy, and form endpoints are rate-limited. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be notified by email where we hold your address.
